Sean Nye

Sean Nye’s story is closely tied to that same foundation. He first worked with Joe at Walrus + Carpenter, where he developed his approach to hospitality and bar management. Since then, he has played a role in opening and operating multiple successful restaurants across Fairfield and New London Counties. At Carpenter’s Pub, Sean brings a steady hand to the front of house and a bar program that’s thoughtful, approachable, and built to complement the food—not compete with it.
